We at Bon Vivant appreciate that not everyone has regular access to a computer and some people feel uncomfortable about making card payments online. Hopefully we can offer a variety of methods to order and pay for your produce that suits everyone.
Please note that any orders of Bon Vivant Vegetable/Fruit Boxes must be made by 12:00 on Tuesday for delivery that week
Ordering/Paying Online
The most effective and reassuringly secure way to make any transaction is by using our online shopping cart, which is affiliated with Paypal. You no longer have to have any existing account with Paypal, as they now support all major credit and debit cards, including; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and Visa Delta. This enables you to make a secure transaction without surrendering your details to a third party, as your information comes directly to Bon Vivant Ltd.
Simply add the items that you wish to purchase from all over our website, i.e. wines, vegetable box, desserts, bread and view your basket and proceed to the checkout where you can pay with your Paypal account or any of the aforementioned cards.
Orders for Vegetable/Fruit boxes are delivered on Thursday and Friday, please consult our regional map to confirm your order day. Other products are subject to different delivery times and dates, however you will be consulted prior to this.
Please note that each transaction will be followed up with a confirmation email and information concerning stock levels and likely delivery times for certain products.
If no one is going to be present on the day of delivery then we do ask that you inform us where we can leave your produce. We do not accept any liability for items that go missing and produce that may spoil as a result of not being stored correctly.
Ordering/Paying by Telephone
To place an order by telephone, then please contact us on; 01829 770 590, between the hours of 9am-7pm, Monday-Friday. For any urgent enquiries outside of these hours then please call, 0787 142 7181.
When calling us with your order we simply ask that you have the full details of your order ready, including; product name, weights (if applicable) and product code. In addition we need one of the following debit or credit cards to complete the transaction; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and Visa Delta. We also require your full name, invoice and delivery address and contact details.
If any of the following payment options are not suitable, we will collect cash or a cheque from you on the day of delivery, however any charges incurred as a result of issuing a 'bad-cheque' will be on you, the customer.
All payments must be made prior to, or on the day of delivery!
Ordering/Paying by Email
Please do not send any card/payment details via email!
Simply send an email to orders@bonvivantltd.co.uk including the full details of your order, including; product name, weights (if applicable) and product code. We also require your full name, invoice and delivery address and contact details. You will then be contacted by us to discuss your preferred payment method.
