Offers

All offers on food or wine are subject to availability. BVL are exempt from liability to customers if 

products are not available at the time of order. Refunds may be available if payments have already 

been made. BVL reserve the right to withdraw and/or make changes to any offers at its own discretion.  

Prices

Prices may vary depending on availability of the wines year and vintage. Customers will be notified 

as soon as possible and any refunds will be available if the desired product is not available. 

Recommendations may be made to customers for alternative wines, in which case the prices may 

also vary. The customer reserves the right to cancel an order if the chosen product is not available.

All prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges. Web prices may be adjusted at the discretion 

of BVL without warning to consumers. If customers are subject to prices incorrectly advertised on the 

web, BVL reserve the right to charge at the correct rate. however the customer will be notified and the 

order can be changed.  

All customers must be 18 years of age and over. If any suspicions arise from the order, BVL reserve 

the right not to process it and the customer will be notified. All orders are subject to availability and 

BVL have no liability if products are not available. All funds must be cleared before any items are 

dispatched. Customers are recommended to allow 7 clear working days before delivery is made. 

However should any problems arise that are not within the control of BVL orders may take longer 

and BVL hold no responsibility. 

Customers will be notified of the delivery charge at the time of 

order however; charges will not exceed £10.00 at any one time. All deliveries will be made through a 

carrier and customer signatures will not be required. BVL do not hold any responsibility to damage 

caused to products during delivery. Customers are recommended to seek remedy with the carrier. 

All goods are delivered as advertised where possible. 

 BVL will accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Therefore please make sure paypal accept your card 

before attempting to make payment. Cheques are accepted: please note that orders may take longer to process 

and cheque must clear before items are dispatched. All cheques must be payable to Bon Vivant Ltd with your account 

number and expiry date on the back. Please send all cheques to the contact address on the address page or present upon

delivery. Cheques for payment that are not honoured on presentation will incur a charge of £10.00 per representation.
 

 Returns are not available unless products are faulty or BVL have processed the order incorrectly. Once 

order has been made through the web site including payment, cancellations are not available. 

Privacy

All customer information is kept on a secure database and is not shared with other companies under any 

circumstances. Unless customers raise objections, BVL may from time to time send promotional mail. 

 These terms and conditions apply to BVL customer orders, by phone or through the web site.

Vegetable/Fruit Box Deliveries

BVL reserve the right to alter the prices and sizes of the products stated on this website and catalogues 

without prior notice. The prices and sizes listed and product information on this website are correct 

of the time of writing. BVL cannot take responsibility if your order is stolen.  
  
Claims for damaged, poor quality or incorrect orders must be notified to BVL within 24 hours of delivery 

otherwise they may not be considered.

Wicker Baskets

The wicker baskets provided with our vegetable/fruit box service remain the property of BVL and maybe 

recalled by us at anytime. Any damage that is sustained to these basket, which is not through 'wear and tear', 

will be the responsibility of 'you', the customer. A fee of £10.00 will be charged for this damage. It is the responsibility 

of 'you' the customer to ensure that the basket is left in a place that BVL can access when dropping 

off your next delivery. 

Wine Orders

There is no minimum order of wine, however if your wine order is not part of the 'Vegetable/Fruit Box' wine offer, then

the following charges apply: 

1-6 bottles of wine-£10.00 delivery charge.

7-12 bottles of wine-£5.95 delivery charge.

13 and above bottles of wine-no delivery charge. 

We ask that once you have placed your order of wine that you select the appropriate delivery charge button that applies 

to you, adjacent to the 'view cart' button. Wine can take up to 7 working days for delivery, so please order your wine on 

Wednesday for delivery the next week to accompany your Vegetable and Fruit Box.
