Customer Notice Board-3rd July 2008
*Withdrawal Of Our Vegetable Boxes- It is with deep regret that with effect of 11th July 2008 we will no longer be continuing with our fruit and vegetable box service.
After much deliberation, we have come to the conclusion that due to the current economic climate and rising fuel prices we have no option but to withdraw this service. This does not affect our wine and catering services, which will continue as usual.
We ask that you kindly leave the baskets from your last delivery with BVL and any remaining baskets or produce boxes out for collection on Thursday 17th July.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valued custom and continued support and hope that we have not caused too much of an inconvenience.

We set aside one day of the week to deliver in order to reduce your delivery costs and keep the carbon emissions low. Please refer to our regional map to see which areas we deliver to. Exceptions for deliveries maybe made outside of this day, subject to availability and a delivery charge.
In an attempt to reduce the carbon-footprint we supply our produce in hand-crafted wicker baskets. These basket are then collected and recycled on your next order. Not only does this method reduce the amount of waste, the basket provides a nice storage container for your produce.
There is no additional delivery charge on the vegetable boxes. For this reason we do ask that your minimum order should be the cost of a non-organic fruit and vegetable box.
We ask our customers to place all orders by midday on Tuesday for delivery of items on Thursday of that week to avoid any disappointment. Orders placed after midday may not be fulfilled until the following week. Please call us to confirm!
Our products are delivered in hand crafted wicker baskets
Bon Vivant’s Vegetable/Fruit Boxes is a new scheme recently launched by the company, as an attempt to provide our customers with a wider choice of cheaper, healthier, fresh produce.
Our range of fruits, vegetables, salads and herbs are available both organic and non-organic. Where possible, we source our produce locally to help our local farmers. We appreciate that today’s home-cooking involves an array of ingredients, so for the more exotic products that have to be sourced from abroad we try to go as close as possible i.e. Spain and Italy.
