Wines are subject to availability, but a substitute can be recommended. If you do not see a wine on the list you would like to, then please contact us and we will strive to obtain that elusive vintage.

There is no minimum purchase, however the more bottles you order the lower the delivery charge. We ask that you click the relevant button on each wine region which reflects the number of bottles you have purchased, in order for the appropriate delivery charge to be added. If you order more than 12 bottles, then there is no additional charge.

Although this personal chef service is not dependant upon the wine-pairing option, it can greatly enhance the dining experience. The owners' dedication and attention to keeping up with the latest in 'new and old world' wines is something to be admired. Simon Gibson has not only had practical experience of working with a Master Sommelier in one of the World’s largest wine restaurants. He has also been on several wine courses and met with some of the most renown wine-makers.

The wines are selected from all over the world from France to Hungary, Lebanon, Austria, are to name a few. Close attention is paid to the harvest each year in all the different regions, and bottles are chosen according to the quality of their yield and the best year for drinking.

Having attended many wine tasting courses, and being a highly competent chef, Simon can now taste the wines and food and match them effectively.
